Meet the Heart Behind the Healing

Paige Anderson M.A.

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

LIC #AMFT137954

Clinical Focus & Approach

As humans, we all carry unique burdens and wounds that can leave us feeling lonely, stuck, and lost. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Paige meets her clients with openness and curiosity, inviting them into a safe and collaborative space where they can explore what's causing them suffering and keeping them stuck in painful patterns.

Paige believes early relationships profoundly shape how individuals engage with others, express emotion, seek help, and view themselves and the world. From this foundation, she partners with her clients to understand how their past experiences have shaped their present self. Paige’s hope is to help her clients develop a strong, secure sense of self through a safe therapeutic relationship, empowering them to live more freely and authentically. Paige joins with her clients to collaboratively find new, meaningful ways of relating to themself and others, fostering a sense of cohesion, wholeness, and integration.

Paige is passionate about the mind, body, and soul interconnectedness of the human experience.

She warmly welcomes the integration of faith and somatic (body) awareness into sessions. For those who are open to it, Paige believes faith integration can provide profound insight into pain, suffering, and personal narratives. Paige understands that disconnection from ourselves can often manifests in the body and somatic experiences. Working from an integrative and holistic lens, she helps her clients tune into their body's wisdom to give words to sometimes wordless experiences. With this holistic perspective, Paige is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating chronic pain, chronic illness, and autoimmune disorders, understanding the unique shame, long-suffering, and challenges these experiences can bring.

Paige enjoys working with kids, adults, and couples, and has experience with chronic shame, grief, anxiety, depression, spirituality, gender identity, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem issues. Whether you're eager to begin therapy or feeling hesitant and unsure,

Paige would love to talk to you and meet you at where you are in your journey toward healing.

Paige obtained her Master's in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Her previous experience in the business world highlighted her passion for collaborating with, serving, and understanding others, which led her to the field of psychology. Paige was drawn to a depth-oriented approach to therapy through her own healing journey, experiencing firsthand the transformative power of what a therapeutic relationship can offer.

Her hope is to provide a warm, containing, and supportive space and join her clients in whatever season they find themselves in. Paige’s work as a psychodynamic therapist is relational and collaborative and she aims to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space for all.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Paige has experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, families, and children addressing a range of challenges including early childhood and generational trauma, spirituality, shame, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and eating disorders.
