Sarah finds profound meaning in accompanying her clients as they draw on their strength and resilience to face life's unique circumstances.

Sarah is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). She has a background in college student development and social work, holds an additional master's degree in Spiritual Formation, and is a trained Spiritual Director. Her diverse training shapes her passion for holistic integration, addressing the mind, body, and soul of each individual. When clinically appropriate along with her client’s desire, she enjoys thoughtfully incorporating faith into the therapeutic process.

Sarah has worked with ethnically and socioeconomically diverse communities and has supported clients facing a range of life issues, including women’s issues (such as infertility and postpartum mood disorders), anxiety, faith deconstruction, grief, life transitions, complex trauma, and shame.

Additionally, Sarah is a trained Prepare & Enrich facilitator and has experience working with couples in premarital and marital counseling. She helps couples navigate long-term relational challenges, strengthen effective communication, work through conflicts, rebuild trust after affairs, and foster deeper emotional and physical intimacy.
