Meet the Heart Behind the Healing

Tiana Laubbe, M.A.

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

LIC#AMFT159354

Clinical Focus & Approach

Tiana understands that life can present unexpected and disruptive challenges that can feel overwhelming or difficult to handle. Moments when anxiety feels paralyzing, transitions feel disorienting, or long-standing coping patterns suddenly no longer seem to work. She understands how overwhelming it can be to carry these experiences alone. Through the therapeutic relationship, she hopes to offer a steady and collaborative space where two minds can come together with gentle curiosity and empathy. She believes meaningful insight and healing often emerge through this shared exploration, where patterns are gently uncovered, new perspectives take shape, and growth is found in ways that feel authentic and sustainable for each client.

Tiana is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based frameworks. She believes that early life experiences and significant relationships shape how individuals relate to themselves and others.

With a background in providing counseling services to high school students in a school-based setting, Tiana brings a solid foundation in working with adolescents. Through this experience, she has developed a better understanding of the social, emotional, and developmental pressures that individuals face, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, peer relationships, and family dynamics.
