Tiffany is deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space where people feel safe and genuinely understood—where life’s challenges are met with empathy, curiosity, and compassion.

Known for her warm, nonjudgmental presence, Tiffany works with individuals, couples, kids, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, spiritual concerns, and questions around identity and sexuality.

With experience in both faith-based and clinical settings, her approach integrates holistic wellbeing, attachment theory, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic models, family systems, and neuroscience-based tools like the Havening Technique—a method that supports emotional regulation and eases the lasting impact of anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Through this work, Tiffany helps clients reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.
